Aging Mindfully is a 4-week live online training designed to equip you with mindfulness skills to support and help you cope with the many emotions that aging brings to your life.
This program is perfect for pre-retirees and retirees seeking to embrace their aging journey with more ease and joy.

4 weekly, 90-minute Aging Mindfully On-Line sessions, including discussion
Optional- the cost of the program subtracted from a 1:1 private implementation call with me to check in on how things are going and to answer any questions. (valued at $149)
All sessions will be recorded so you never have to worry that you'll miss the discussion

Each week, we will have a 90-minute teaching/group discussion session on Zoom

We will have one 90-minute private one-on-one implementation call valued at $225.
