Mindfulness is the daily practice of being aware of this moment, the present moment.  The practice of Mindfulness allows us to invite the moments of our lives, whether we deem them as “good” or “bad” and and over time, this beautiful practice changes our response to what comes our way.  It’s a practice which reduces stress, anxiety and intense reactions.  It’s a perfect time of the year to get started on increasing our mental, emotional and physical health.  Are you ready for a more peaceful and calm Christmas?  Join me in learning and practicing the various Mindfulness practices on a weekly basis. We will be working on practices that you will notice will change how you interact in your daily life.  As you get more proficient in your practice, you will notice you will be wiser in your responses and much less stressed about daily happenings.  Cost will be $275.00 for the 6 weeks with coaching support as needed
