Mindfulness for Babysitters
West Vancouver Community Centre, West Vancouver BC

Babysitting can be stressful but this life skills course will help your child with specific tools and strategies for managing behaviour. Your child will come home with a toolbox filled with arts & craft ideas and mindfulness games that they can use immediately. If your child will be babysitting siblings or other children, it makes sense to give them the tools that will enable them to stay calm when things go awry or where safety concerns are paramount. We will introduce brain science and mindfulness tools and techniques to help regulate emotions, improve focus, attention, resilience and to help children to make excellent decisions.
