Mindful Changes offers mindfulness classes and training in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland of BC. Mindfulness classes are conducted in groups and 1-to-1 sessions.
Mindfulness for schools
Mindfulness training for educators and support staff (and other practitioners who work with children) teaches tools and strategies for incorporating mindfulness techniques into their teaching and programs. We also teach school kids the basics of mindfulness in a series of 30-minute classes.
Mindfulness for teachers
Mindfulness training for teachers focuses on mindfulness practice inside and outside the classroom. Students benefit from the tools and skills that enhance their education and personal lives at school and at home. Teachers reap benefits including increased clarity, composure and effectiveness, both in the classroom and in their personal lives.
Mindfulness for kids and teens
Mindfulness classes for kids and teens contribute directly to well being and cognitive development. Mindfulness increases focus, provides tools for dealing with stress, enhances their lives at home, in school, and in relationships. Mindfulness teachings will benefit children throughout life - making them more functional, stable and productive adults.
Mindfulness for parents
Our mindfulness classes for parents teach techniques that reduce stress, improve relationships with children and partners. The program benefits each member of the family and the family as a whole.
Mindful Changes MBSR training is an 8-week program that teaches participants a range of mindfulness practices that lower stress and improve the way you interact with yourself, family, friends and the world. Classes include mindful movement, guided meditation, discussion and home practice development that you can use daily to positively enhance all aspects of your life.
