About The Course:
"Mindful Reset" is a membership community that meets online 2x/a week and offers a sanctuary where you can slow down, breathe, and learn to cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion in your everyday life. You can cancel your membership at any time and all calls are recorded.
Led by Mindfulness Coach, Shahin, her program is structured around weekly Zoom sessions that focus on practical teachings and personalized coaching.

What You Will Experience:

Beginning September 5th, 2024- Weekly Teaching Calls on Mondays (1:30 pm - 2:30 pm EST): Dive into core mindfulness concepts and learn practical techniques that you can apply immediately to your daily routines and grow your meditation practice with guided meditation.
Interactive Coaching and Questions Calls on Thursdays (1:30 pm - 2:30 pm EST): These sessions provide a platform for reflection, discussion, and personalized guidance to help you integrate mindfulness into every aspect of your life.
