This 6-week program offers foundational teachings on mindfulness meditation, to create a calm amidst the chaos that may be present in your life.
This course will support you in learning some of the basic concepts around mindfulness, meditation, and how to use the concepts in your daily life to reduce stress and increase confidence, resilience, and conscious communication with yourself, with your co-workers, and your family.
You'll learn how to recognize and work with your feelings emotions.
How to pay attention to and be mindful of your communication with yourself and others.
You'll recognize your habitual patterns of behavior triggers for your inner dialogue.
You will be able to open your heart space and step into being grounded and centered.
