8 weekly, 90-minute Regret-Free On-Line sessions, including discussion

Weekly one-one private implementation call with me-to check in how things are going

All sessions will be recorded so you never have to worry that you'll miss the discussion

Next Course starts: Jan.23/24

Each week, we will have a 90-minute teaching/group discussion session on Zoom

And we will have a 1-hour private one-on-one implementation call to address any "in the moment" issues you're having and to discuss the implementation of mindful parenting strategies.
